My Story
Early Career & Education
After earning a bachelor of science in nutrition from Keene State College my career began as a Peace Corps volunteer in rural Ecuador. There, I developed community nutrition programs in Spanish-speaking communities—an experience that sparked a lifelong passion for empowering others through nutrition. When I returned I completed my dietetic internship at the University of California, Berkley.

Professional Experience
For more than three decades, I have guided men and women toward lasting change through personalized nutrition counseling. My speciality is Women's Health with a focus on prenatal nutrition, gestational diabetes, postpartum nutrition, PCOS and weight management through all stages of a women's life. I combines evidence-based strategies with an intuitive, supportive approach to help clients find solutions that truly fit their lives.
Personal Philosophy
I believe nutrition isn’t about quick fixes or rigid rules — it’s about understanding your body, making informed choices, and creating a plan you can sustain. At the heart of my work is building relationships, offering guidance without judgment, and celebrating progress every step of the way.
